Teori
- How do I get Teori to read my Apple Watch data? Grant Health access when prompted during onboarding. You can review or change this anytime in the Health app → profile icon → Apps & Devices → Teori.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Open Teori → the crown icon in the Ask tab → it opens Apple's subscription management. You can also manage it directly in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- How do I delete my account or data? Open Teori → Settings (gear icon) → Delete Account. This removes your account immediately. You can also email support@ekydna.com if you'd rather not use the in-app option. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Something looks wrong or broken. Tell us what happened and, if you can, which screen — email is the fastest way to reach us.
Nutori
- How do I scan a label? Open Nutori → tap "Scan with the beak" → allow camera when asked → take a clear, well-lit photo of the ingredient panel. You can also pick from your photo library.
- The scanner isn't reading my photo well. Try a sharper, closer shot with the ingredient text filling most of the frame. Reflective packaging can throw it off — try angling the label slightly. HEIC photos are converted to JPEG for you automatically.
- How do I change my profile (general / pregnancy / kids / dieting / allergies / digestive)? Tap the persona chip at the top of the home screen (or use Settings → Persona). You can switch anytime.
- Camera access is off — how do I turn it back on? Nutori → Settings → Permissions → Camera → this opens iOS Settings for you; toggle Camera on. iOS doesn't let apps re-prompt after the first denial, so the toggle in iOS Settings is the only way.
- How do I manage or cancel my Nutori Premium subscription? Nutori → Settings → "Manage subscription" (this opens Apple's subscription page). You can also manage it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- How do I delete a single scan? Log tab → swipe left on the scan you want to remove and tap Delete. You can also delete from the scan's detail screen using the trash icon at the top-right.
- How do I delete my account or all my data? Nutori → Settings → the account section. If you're anonymous (no Apple sign-in), it removes all your data and starts fresh; if you signed in with Apple, it deletes your account permanently. See our Nutori Privacy Policy.
- Do you keep my photos on your server? No original photos are stored. A small thumbnail (~200px) is kept so you can see what you scanned in your log; the ingredient text you scanned is also stored. Full details in the Nutori Privacy Policy.
- Nutori's notes aren't medical advice. Nutori points out ingredients you may want to look at based on your profile — it isn't a diagnosis and it may miss things. Always double-check the actual label and consult a professional for allergies, health conditions, or medications.
